dogmata@starthing.space. We read every message. In the app, the Feedback button on the home screen writes this email for you with the app version and iPhone model, and you see it before it is sent. To report someone in a shared circle, open Circle, find the person and tap Report.

Common questions

• Why no alert for my place? DOGMATA shows official alerts from the agency that covers the place. Where no official feed can place the point, it says "Can't confirm alerts", never "safe". Background checks are not instant: iOS decides how often they run, so keep your phone's official emergency alerts on.
• Cancel DOGMATA Pro: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, DOGMATA. To avoid being charged after the free week, cancel at least a day before it ends.
• Restore a purchase: in DOGMATA, Settings, See plans, Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID.
• Delete your data: in DOGMATA, Settings, Your data, Delete my data. It removes everything on the iPhone and the Watch, your data on the circle's server, and the iCloud copy.
• Leave a shared circle: Circle, Leave and delete my circle data.
